“Great location wonderful place.”

“Location was what we were looking for and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Property was poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. We found trash left on table, glass surfaces and rugs were dingy and gross, couch was stained, and to top it off we found someone's underwear between the bed sheets. There was water damage on the ceiling, missing drains, broken/missing towel hooks, chipped furniture and paint, etc. Completely misrepresented as a "luxury" apartment. This is not luxury and was……

“The location and the furniture in the place was pretty good, the structure of the place itself was rough. Dried yellow running water marks on the bedroom walls, peeling ceiling with what looked like mold in the top corner of the kitchen and lots of loose bathroom tiles with a hole in the floor. Just a very old and not maintained well building.”

“Great location to everything you need and want without a ton of traffic. Parking was available during the week. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities that we needed. Provided a few laundry pods, dish soap and paper towels. Did need a couple more blankets and dish cloth but we made due. Checkin and checkout very easy-keep your emails with the information because you need all the codes to come and go. Text support was very helpful for me, to confirm anything I needed as I was nervous……
