I went around in circles trying to find the property. I arrived at the airport in the middle of the night around 1:30am and try to call to get information on how to get to the property with no answer. The GPS took me to an abandoned property with a closed gate and no signs. I ended up renting a hotel. No one answer me and they did not refund my money.

Me estafaron , hice mi reserva y hable con la encargada y me dijo que estaba todo bien con la reserva , me envio toda la información, cuando llegue al apartamento me dice el chico que lo estaba limpiando que ese apartamento ya se lo habian rentado a otra persona osea ellos me rentaron a mi y a otra persona , llamo a la encargada y me dice que yo no tengo ninguna reserva que ella no recibio nada , le mando la confirmación de la reserva y del banco de que ya me debitaron el dinero y la reserva se realizo y le digo que yo la llame y hable con ella y me dice que no que ella no recibio nada que no podia entregarme el apartamento porque ya se lo habian dado a otra persona le digo que entonces que pasara ya que estaba afuera del apartamento con mi niña y que ya se me habian cobrado el dinero y que pasara con mi dinero y ella dice que ella no tiene que ver con eso que busque otro lugar porque ya ella lo habia rentado , me tuve que ir a otro lugar super lejos a las 9:00 de la noche y perdi mi dinero y nadie me responde por mi dinero

Experiencia Horrible, esperamos 2 horas para poder ingresar al apartamento, las instalaciones nada cuidadas y sucias, cuando estuvimos se cortó el servicio de agua y electricidad, tuvimos que irnos antes de la hora acordada. No funciona el WiFi.

It is difficult to find. I did not get the apartment that was in the photos. I was deceived in thinking I am renting what is on the website. A lot of mosquitoes because the balcony door was left open. No hot water. Unable to use the TV. No iron, ironingboard or other things that were said to be on the apartment.
