“Really nice location on the North Shore - essentially on the Ritz Carlton resort property. We swam on the beach at the Ritz and ate at a couple of their restaurants. Highly recommend Beach House by Roy for a splurge dinner. We drove around to see other beaches. House only has AC in the bedroom, but it is powerful (and loud). Snorkels, beach umbrella and chairs there that we used on the beaches too. Weird smell in the bathroom but otherwise a great stay.”

One night the loft was pretty hot and the kids slept on the pullout couch but after the first night the temperature was manageable. ”

“We absolutely loved this unit. It was stocked with beach/pool towels, linens, clothes hangers, shampoo, body wash, etc. - everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The railing in the loft has about 10 inches between slates, so that might be an issue for those with young children. The pool is just a short walk from the unit. We walked to the Turtle Bay resort each morning to get specialty coffees. The grounds were beautiful. The only surprise was that there are two windows...

“House is in an incredible location! It’s quiet, calm, great for families with children and within a short walking distance of beach front that isn’t overcrowded. The house itself has everything you need, pots/pan/cups/plates/towels/beach chairs/etc. It is outdated and poorly put together, the decor style is all over the place. House looks worn down, but I guess the wear down is expected from beachy weather. ”
