“We arrived at 2:45pm. He said our room was ready but would have to charge us $10 to get the key or we had to wait till 3pm. We waited out of principal. Ridiculous! They are also one of the few that charge you $100 as a hold fee for incidentals. Not a hold...a charge. To be returned in 3 to 4 business days!

“由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。
然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。
又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。
房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。
櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。
自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。”

“I really like the lobby at this hotel. I loved the suite we were in. The pool was small. The laminate floors needed moped they made my feet very dirty. They need more options for breakfast we ended up eating somewhere else and we are glad we did. The parking spaces were way too skinny. It caused every person to be over the line. ”
