Where to start..... a reservation made for 3 adults. At check in was told only two adults and two children per room and only 1 room key (for 3 adults). Room floors were wet and sticky. No coffee pot or coffee in the lobby coffee. Hot tub was missing lots of tiles and no jets but had hot water and green slim around edges. Pool area floor was slimy and extremely slippery. Breakfast consisted of toast or dry cereal, and lukewarm coffee. Staff was very hard to understand(poor English). TV kept losing service, unable to watch it. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, not able to exchange for fresh or get extra towels, no pool towels unavailable. Mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Exit doors blocked off with tape. Room windows were cracked open and unable to close. I have been to many many different hotel/motels and some were absolutely amazing and others bad however this place was the absolute worst I've ever been in.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. However, there are things that need to be replaced or upgraded. The tub had rest stains inside it and a dirt stain. The tub was cleaned was just a stain thats permanently in there. The phone. I dont know how to explain it. The buttons thats normally at the top labeled front desk, operator. All those buttons was missing. Literally holes where they should of been. And it was missing 2 numbers. Again just holes where it should of been

BOOK IT! I am BIG on reviews. And this hotel stood out to me as a great place to stay. The only thing I was disappointed in is that there is no longer a hot tub. I was really looking forward to it. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. I had a chuckle with the bathroom because online it looks like the old wood paneling you would see in 70's/80's homes. In person it was just a bad taste of wallpaper. I LOVED that the room was separated from the living space. Having another closed door between you and the hallway door was an extra sense of security.
