About this property
Suite Toty EN Renta
Hello My name is Victor; I would describe myself as friendly, open-minded, and understanding, and I really enjoy intercultural exchange. My greatest passion is teaching; I’ve spent more than 20 years working as a language teacher in Germany, Japan, and England, which has given me a good understanding of other cultures, especially European ones. In my free time, I volunteer as a board member for my district; I’d say this neighborhood is safe, and the neighbors greet one another and treat each other with respect. During your stay, I’d be happy to show you nearby restaurants, supermarkets, or bars, and I’d also be happy to recommend leisure activities in Quito and the surrounding areas. The building has four floors; my wife and I live on the second floor. During your stay, you’ll live on the first floor, where you’ll have your own privacy and a private sun terrace. The apartment is equipped with almost everything—from a washing machine to a stove and a TV—almost everything you need is provided. You can rent the apartment for a minimum of one week. Since I work full-time as a teacher at a school in Quito, I also offer Spanish lessons on the side, as well as preparation courses for the DELE and other certifications. My wife and I would also be happy to arrange your pickup from the airport, hotel, or any other location in Quito. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. My name is Víctor. I’m friendly, hard-working, responsible, easy to get along with, and I love learning about other cultures. I’ve lived and worked as a Spanish teacher for 20 years in Germany, England, and Japan, and I’ve traveled halfway around the world. I definitely understand other cultures and know how to treat tourists. I am the volunteer president of the neighborhood—an authentic Ecuadorian neighborhood where everyone knows each other. I can show you around the area, take you to the market and supermarket, the bank, or nearby bars. We have an outdoor area where we can have BBQs and a great view of the city from the rooftop. In the apartment building, there is one apartment on the first floor and one on the first floor; I live on the second floor with my wife. The main apartment on the first floor is available for rent with a minimum stay of one week; for a second person, there is an additional charge of three dollars per day. I also offer Spanish lessons during the week for all levels, as well as preparation for exams recognized by the Instituto Cervantes and for studying at Spanish universities. We can arrange for a taxi driver to pick you up from the airport, bus station, or anywhere in Quito. Welcome to our home—your home in Ecuador.
