### Charming studio in Agdal

Enjoy all the attractions of life in Rabat in this studio ideally located in the Agdal district Fully equipped for your comfort and elegantly decorated, it will allow you to have fun during your stay.  
  
An open Space of 35 m2 on the 4th floor (stairs) with a very comfortable bed. A lounge area with sofa, TV, fitted kitchen. A bathroom, A very nice terrace, Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the adjacent streets.  
  
It is an entire accommodation, so the entire accommodation is accessible to travelers.  
  
I remind you that you can smoke only on the terrace. Forbidden to Moroccan spouse without act.  
It is also prohibited to be the source of any nuisance that could annoy the neighbors.
