“This is probably the nicest property we've ever stayed in. It's located two blocks from the plaza of old Mesilla, is very easy to find, and has dedicated parking for two vehicles. Inside is a single large room with a queen bed, a full sitting area, a dining table that seats four, and a full kitchen with a coffemaker AND coffee. The bathroom is comfortable and there's a little washer-dryer to round it out. AND, we were taking notes on the decor! Cute, convenient and VERY comfortable.”

“Clean house with comfortable beds. Nice supply of coffee, bottled water, etc. The house worked well for two couples travelling together. The hot tub was a little small for four people.”

“We rented for 6 weeks and overall had a satisfactory experience. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with good access to everything in Las Cruces.However, when we arrived at property and found house had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, sheets not clean and damp towels on the floor. Contacted owner and he responded about 30 hours later. Offered a temporary unit and to have unit cleaned but by that time we had washed towels and bedding so no need of temporary stay. Owner offer to……

“The place was nice, however the host was too busy to attend to any issues that might arise. His communication was awful. He would go 2 days without responding. The pictures show a very nice hot tub with accent lights. When we got there only about 5 of the lights worked. We asked to have them fixed and we were called “demanding “ as he knew they hadn’t worked for 6 months and no one else complained.The hot is not professionally serviced, which is ok, but on the web site it says to not put any……
