"The room was clean and just roomy enough for one person. The lack a of sink in the bathroom was a bit of a negative though. The spa was a big plus for me because I need to recover from the long drive from Hiroshima before climbing in the Northern Alps. The staff were very friendly! Great smiles!"

"Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Great location near the train station and we had a bright and spacious room with full amenities.
I particularly liked you could just ask for new towels and trash removal instead of the whole “make up my room” option. Just felt more eco’ and efficient. I also love there was the Toyama water dispenser on each level. And the service was perfect. Love it! Deffff recommend."

"Super convenient location. Internet speed is very usable. Only 3 laundry units located on the 7th floor...pro tip, use the 3rd unit from the door. The other machines don't seem to dry particularly well with a normal load of clothes. However you can add up to 90min of dry time (100¥/30min). Might want to avoid the rooms next to the elevators too....you definitely hear the dinging."
