We selected this property to be near the horse complex. Really appreciated how close it was as well as the access we had to restaurants, shops, etc. The beds were super comfortable, which is always a plus. This is a great property for people to each have their own sink and toilet. Amenities were well stocked. The host communication was excellent.
We completely enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is close to everything, with easy access to all areas. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Recommend this as a great place to stay for events in Raleigh.
The location of this property was perfect for us, close to the Carter-Finley Stadium and the fairgrounds. Located in an older well kept neighborhood the apartment complex was well marked and easy to find, the designated parking spot may be hard to find in the dark but it is located directly in front of the unit. The home was great for our needs, mostly a place to sleep and shower.
We came for Quiltcon convention and were on our feet all day every day. It was great to come home to a comfortable home with plenty of space to relax. I enjoyed coffee in the living room in the morning and my friend preferred the kitchen table. The two bedrooms were really comfortable and the bathrooms between provided privacy and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
The house is easily in my top five VRBO experiences. The neighborhood is quiet, within 10-15 mins of so many parks, museums, shops, etc. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
Very enjoyable stay. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious enough for our party. We did have a few issues in the kitchen - coffeemaker wasnt working, no dishwasher detergent, no dishwashing cloths. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay and would definitely use again.
Property as a whole was great. The property description reads as two full bath when it is a Jack and Jill so only one actual shower. Not a deal breaker, but better to know ahead of time.
The place was nice on the inside except that it needed a few repairs and upgrades. I would have appreciated a clock in the bedroom. The wifi was slow and it took a while to get the upstairs bedrooms to a comfortable temperature during this hot summer month. There was mold on the walls above the shower and no extra blankets. Otherwise, clean and had adequate supplies for a simple stay.
Was a great place for us to spend a couple of nights. The place overall could use a little TLC. A couple items that we were able to work around but would have like to have known. We thought when booking there were two showers, only one is on site. The three toilets came in handy though. There is no electrical outlet in the bathrooms connected to bedrooms but we were able to adjust.
We were in town for a hockey game. The location relative to NC State was perfect for us. Overall the property was accurately displayed and was nice. The communication, check in, and property were all good for us. Would recommend.

Nice little spot. Convenient to PNC arena.
Stayed one night but had to leave Friday instead of Sunday because my event was cancelled due to the pandemic. Tried to communicate that to owner and the owner ignored my text.

Pictures are deceiving
The area of this unit was not very nice. It was very loud with people yelling and walking around outside late into the night. The pictures make it look nice but it is extremely old and outdated. Carpet had been swept but overall it was not clean. It smelled like it had been empty for months. I would Not stay here again or recommend it. I paid Over 300 for one night, a hotel would have been much nicer.

Death Trap
The following items appear to be building code violations and are very unsafe:
1. No smoke detectors on second floor. It is clear that there were smoke detectors but they have been removed.
2. Light switch in the wet area of the shower. It would be easy to inadvertently touch the switch while in the shower and get electrocuted.
In addition to these, there were multiple places where electrical outlets, bathroom vent fans and the walls appear to be in some phase of renovation.
This listing gave the impression that it was high end but it was not.
Me & my daughter were in town to see a show. I read reviews & I didnt have high expectations but we were only staying for a night & the home is close to Lenova Arena which is where the show was. I spoke w/someone, apparently not the owner. They messaged me this morning before check out to apologize for not responding as they are on vacation themselves. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to check in & whomever I spoke w/through text did allow for a 15 minute early check in which was nice. As soon as we opend the door a rotten smell hit us. I thought I figured out the smell when I found a full bag of trash in the kitchen w/brussels sprouts & other food. I contacted the person through text to make them aware but no big deal. I didnt mind taking out the trash... the temp in the house when we arrived was 75 which I adjusted or so I thought when we got there. It was a long drive so I decided to nap before the show. I woke up on the couch about 35 minutes later drenched in sweat lol. The thermostat was still reading 75. I figured out if you put it below 68 theres a lock. The thermostat told me it would be 2 hours before the house cooled down.. no big deal we would be at the show for a few hours.. we hoped it would be cooler & the smell would be gone when we returned. We came back to the smell lol It was a long day so i didn't care at that point. I go upstairs to bed to find dead bugs on the sheets.. Get a better house keeper guys. This was the worst VRBO experience ive ever had.

Not what I expected. Make sure you understand that this is an outdated home with much needed renovation. It was mostly clean though we found some hair and some items not as clean as one would hope. It is very quiet and the host was nice. Just know the ice maker doesn’t work. There is duck tape on the floor. One shower shared but two toilets upstairs. It was close to the Lenovo center so that was great. Just be prepared for old with bad aid fixes.

10/10 would NOT recommend. We arrived at 5pm for a concert. Upon arrival we noticed that it is falsely advertised as an at least mid-tier townhouse. 2 broken closets hanging on precariously swinging, one with a note that said ‘be careful’, and an old smell in a sketchy roundabout parking lot. Saw a note that said we could turn the dial to adjust temp in range but later when we got back from the concert from being outside in the cold for hours we couldn’t adjust it as a password was needed. To make matters worse I accidentally stepped on a roach in the kitchen. Needless to say it made it hard to sleep worrying about bugs and it was too late and we were too tired to find a hotel at 2am. The host refused my request for a partial refund due to our poor experience. I was met with excuses and essentially a “be grateful it was so cheap for the area also we don’t make a lot on the property as we have to pay cleaning commissions so no”(even though we payed a 90 cleaning fee).
