"Hotel is on a perfect location with easy access and loads of food/drink options around. Pros: Breakfast, location, spacious room Cons: Bartender (old tall man) from the hotel bar was extremely rude and shouting at guests once he couldn't handle couple of drink orders. Really shocking behavior and apparently he is well known for it as we did feedback that on the check-out and got told by the reception that "he can sometimes be like that""

"Would definitely stay again. Parking was easy and great location to get to multiple destinations! Bathroom was a bit tight, but very functional and clean. Spa facilities are excellent! Would book again (but need car)!"

"They never cleaned my room for 4 nights The receptionist doesn’t speak English and is always unavailable I asked them to clean my room several times I even hanged the sign of plz clean room and nothing was done Told the receptionist and nothing was done Didn’t have towels changed I had to buy a fresh one. The breakfast room was closed Elevator not working Total disaster will never ever repeat Plus do not list on Expedia you are risking your reputation with such a place."
