“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir haben einen Entspannungsurlaub mit kulinarischen Erlebnissen gesucht und gefunden. Nebenbei, haben wir ein grossartiges ACDC-Konzert erlebt. Zudem fahren wir Motorrad und es gibt eine spannende Cross-Strecke in der Nähe. Ein gelungener Urlaub mit Entspannung und Abwechslung. Danke, Treré, ihr seid ein super angenehmes Team. Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kulinarisch ein sehr leckeres und mit viel Liebe gemachtes Erlebnis.”

Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.”
