"Not in walking distance to Ravenna. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. When we arrived we were told the restaurant had no spots left for dinner and we were not offered any alternatives The hotel purports to be environmentally friendly but the room only had plastic drinking cups. Very disappointing. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and complimentary cafe latte. Despite the delicious breakfast I would NOT recommend this hotel"

"We chose this hotel for two reasons. For its location to the train station and for its port shuttle service, both of which worked beautifully. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were a little disappointed in the room with its tiny shower and the Motel 6 feel of the room. Still it met our need for the one night we were there."
