Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity (drug trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate sanctions. No extensions are possible due to previous abuses. Check-Out Procedure Before your departure, please: Remove the sheets and gather all dirty laundry. Do the dishes. Take out the trash: Place the bags on the street after 6:00 PM. Return the keys to the same location as upon arrival. Identification and Security Deposit We collect a piece of identification for each traveler before arrival. A security deposit may be required. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation. You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe. We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute.
