Located on the ground floor, this 32 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bedroom and a shower room. Le Toucan exudes a warm, cosy atmosphere, with attractive furnishings, old beams and green plants adding an exotic touch to the flat. 4\* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- Living room with double sofa bed, armchairs, TV \- A fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, hob, microwave oven, fridge, etc. \- Dining area with table and chairs \- One bedroom with double bed \- A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : \- The flat is perfectly quiet and overlooks Place Saint-Germain. \- You'll enjoy Rennes on foot and have direct access to all possible attractions Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the Hoche car park, located 200 m from the flat (fixed rate of 25 euros for 1 week).
