Villa Trinity has been distinguished with the 2024 Tourism Awards Silver for Family Villa of the Year Without a doubt, what most guests consider to be the holy trinity of their holiday destination and vacation rental is an amazing location, total relaxation and full privacy! Well, look no further! Villa Trinity offers all this and many more! Its privileged hilltop location, in the picturesque village of Atsipopoulo, offers panoramic, unobstructed sea and nature views, while being within walking distance (700-1000 meters) from the village and all daily amenities (tavernas, bakery, supermarket, and ATM). At the same time, it is just a short drive away from the lively Old Town and the long sandy beach of Rethymno. Furthermore, this amazing property offers total seclusion, as it is built in a privately owned plot of 5000 m2, surrounded by trees, and gives you a unique feeling of being close to nature. You can totally unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of the town while having everything at arms reach at the same time! Layout This multi-level Villa covers 350m2 in total and its smart layout is perfect for big families or groups of friends, as it offers privacy among your party. Villa Trinity can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Additional 2 guests can be accommodated in a folding bed if required. Ground Floor On the ground floor guests can find: \- A playroom that features a pool table and table football. \- In the same area there is also a fully equipped gym providing a static bicycle, spinning bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill, weight training machine, fitness multifunctional apparatus, stepper, ab machine, A/C, and a 45 TV, with direct access to the pool. \- The area also offers a wooden sauna cabin and a bathroom with a shower. \- A fully equipped kitchenette with direct access to the outdoor dining area and the gym. \- A laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. 1st Intermediate Floor Ascending a few steps, guests will meet in the first Master bedroom with an open closet, desk, 45 TV, Blue Ray player, A/C, a king-size bed that can be joined together to as 2 single beds upon request, and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. All three bedrooms have a 32 HDTV, A/C, and Blue Ray player and offer a king-size bed that can be joined together to as 2 single beds upon request. 2nd Intermediate Floor A few more steps up, right next to the main entrance of the Villa, on the left, the fifth bedroom is located, featuring a 32 TV, A/C, Blue Ray player, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers a king-size bed that can be joined together to as 2 single beds upon request. Second Floor Finally, on the top floor, there is a beautiful open-plan living space consisting of: \- A spacious sitting area with 3 sofas, armchairs, 65 HDTV, PlayStation 3, and an open fireplace, enjoying sublime sea views through the large windows and glass doors. \- A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday. \- An indoor dining area next to the kitchen. \- A large veranda with an outdoor dining table, also enjoying magnificent views. Child Friendly Villa Trinity also appeals to the inner kid hidden inside everyone, and of course to actual kids as well! The Villa offers many leisure time facilities for kids of all ages including: \- A playroom on the ground floor, that provides direct outdoor access, which features a pool table and table football. \- Lawn-covered areas, ideal for the kids to play, and playground including toys (swing, small house, slide, and seesaw). \- Volleyball field that you can reach by descending a few steps from the pool area. \- Ping pong table. \- Basketball hoop. \- Area with outdoor floor chess and artificial turf. \- A shallow childrens pool. Outdoor Area The outdoor area of Villa Trinity is beautifully landscaped with flowers, aromatic plants, herbs, palms, and fruitful trees (orange, pear, grapefruit, lemon, and olive trees) and it enjoys beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:? \- A 50 sq. m. private swimming pool (0,60 - 1,60 m. deep), including a childrens pool (0,60 m. deep). Both pools can also be heated upon request with an additional charge per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice.) \- The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, a gazebo, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. \- A variety of furnished spots for relaxing on the pool terrace, featuring bean bag loungers, day beds, a hammock, a hanging egg chairs, chairs and tables. \- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with outdoor sink. \- Gas barbecue. \- Spacious veranda on the second floor featuring an additional outdoor dining area that overlooks the pool terrace and enjoys panoramic views of the area. \- Shaded parking for 2 cars and large driveway for many cars inside the Villa premises. \- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance with a gate, offering 100% privacy to our guests. If your looking for a wonderful holiday experience for all the family this is the place. We were a party of 11 which includes 6 adults and 4 children and a baby and it really was perfect for everyone. The Villa is spotless which is thanks to the amazing housekeeper that comes most days. I’m still trying to work out how she’s cleans so many rooms yet you never see her. The Villa also has everything, and I mean everything you need for your stay, The Villa is also managed by a very professional company Etouri who are just excellent on hand at all times, thank you so much for the welcome gift it was a lovely touch.This really was the best Villa we have stayed in and I do believe we have been truly spoilt now. it’s close to the lovely village of Astipopoula which has a few shops including bakeries and butchers, Lidl is close too. Want to eat in and enjoy the Villa ring Peppers grill masters to get pizza or the best gyros In Crete, dining out try Poliou house for traditional food and dancing or book the best dining experience you could ever wish for at The secret gorge just 5 mins away. The villa was absolutely perfect for our group and there were some especially nice touches for the young children. The hosts and concierge were always available and helpful to answer any queries. The villa itself was spacious and all bedrooms were decorated nicely with comfortable beds. The whole property was immaculately clean, it was almost like being in a hotel with regular cleaning and towel/bedding changes, it really was fantastic!The villa was equipped with everything we could have needed, the owners have clearly put a huge amount of thought into the place. The kitchens are well stocked with everything we needed. The gym, hot tub, games room and sauna were really lovely luxuries to be able to use and really added to the experience.The location is superb, there is a short unmade road to reach the property but this was fine for our hire cars. Being able to walk into Atsipopoulo for essentials was great and there were plenty of beaches and places of interest within reasonable driving distance. Obwohl das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ideal war, konnten wir den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen – Langeweile kam definitiv nie auf.Unser persönliches Highlight war der große 6er Whirlpool, aus dem wir am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausgestiegen wären – absolute Entspannung mit fantastischem Ausblick!Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an George, den Besitzer, der uns persönlich begrüßt hat und während des gesamten Aufenthalts stets ansprechbar war – herzlich, hilfsbereit und sehr professionell.Auch die Vermittlungsagentur etouri hat einen großartigen Job gemacht. Schon vor der Reise standen sie uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und auch während des Aufenthalts war der Service erstklassig.Die Villa selbst war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber – man hat sofort gemerkt, wie viel Wert hier auf Pflege und Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Täglich war eine Servicekraft für sechs Stunden vor Ort, die sich um alles gekümmert hat – ein Service auf ganz hohem Niveau, den man nicht überall findet.Und dann dieser Ausblick! We had an incredible stay at Villa Trinity. Our group was made up of 6 adults and 5 children aged from 4 to 13 years old. The villa itself and everything in it is of very high standard. It is extremely spacious and had everything the children could want to play. There was also such a lot of outside space that they could run around to their heart’s content. The pool area was amazing, so spacious so many options of where to sit or lie and shade always available. Alma who came in every day to clean was lovely and very discreet. We were welcomed by the villa owners who were also lovely and so helpful. Etouri were on hand for whatever we required and were extremely responsive. The villa was so fabulous we only left it on one occasion for a trip to the beach and shops in Rethymno. The sea stayed shallow for a long time and it was sandy and so warm. Wow what a Villa!!! Our group, made up of three families (6 adults and 4 children), have just enjoyed one of the best holidays we've ever had at Trinity Villa. It surpassed all our expectations. The Villa is spacious for large groups and everything is super clean. One of our highlights was the amazing sunrise and sunset views from the social area on the top balcony. We all loved the pool and hot tub, and the outdoor eating area, which is sheltered from the hot sun and overlooks the pool area, is a fantastic social space. The picturesque local town, which we were able to walk to within 15 minutes, serves traditional Greek cuisine which we all enjoyed on several evenings out. The villa is actually better than the photos and the photos were impressive. There was a housekeeper that came every day and changed all of the towels, made the beds, emptied the dishwashers and cleaned the villa daily. It was really a high end hotel feel! Il y a tout ce que l'on peut désirer, salle de sport, sauna, jacuzzi, piscine, baby foot, ping-pong, terrain de basket.... Les chambre sont magnifiques, avec une très bonne literies. Il y a 2 cuisines très bien agencée. Je n'ai rien à redire au contraire que des éloges. Il y a une magnifique plage à 10 minutes et la ville est très agréable. Le plus, une femme de ménage qui passe régulièrement, elle est excellente, on ne la voit même pas tellement elle est discrète. Un maison de luxe. La vue sur la mer de la terrasse du haut est à couper le souffle ! Je ne peux que conseiller. Il y a également un service par téléphone qui répond à toutes vos demandes et organisation vraiment top. Nous avons eu que du plaisir, La maison est idéale pour les groupes nous étions 10 adultes et 3 enfants. Ils ont mis à disposition les chaises hautes, le lit bébé. We had such a wonderful time at Villa Trinity and only wish we had booked a second week. The Villa caters for your every need and as a group of 6 adults could not have wished for anything else. Etouri were incredibly helpful in organising taxis and various activities through their concierge service. The exterior lawns, pool area are very well kept. The pool area is well equipped and has lovely indoor/outdoor Iiving sitting choices. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. The rooms and bathrooms are all a good size, very clean and tastefully furnished. The views of the ocean from the villa are magical, particularly during sunset. Our host George was most helpful, gracious and welcoming.We loved our time at the villa and would highly recommend it to the discerning holiday maker.
