"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00\. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

"Just right for a very late night arrival from the airport. Decided to walk from the airport as there was a long queue for taxis. Easy well lit walk at 2.30am, we were sent instructions on how to enter via a key safe - the video sent by the hotel made it super easy. Room was clean, comfy, nice bathroom and had kettle with tea and coffee. Hosts were lovely as was the breakfast, personally we couldn’t fault it. "

The pool is in a spa that the hotel claims is separate and needs to be paid for and there is only a few hours in the afternoon that the pool can be used free of charge. The Expedia page suggest that there is normal pool acces, but there isn't and hotel staff don't care at all about rectifying this."
