“My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats……

It was as advertised, in an ideal location with so much within walking distance like in talking 1 block to restaurants, bodegas, parking. The outdoor space was so well thought out and I honestly felt like I was at a hotel everything was great right down to grown alchemist toiletries and lots of towels. “Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient.
