“當時入住5天，原本外面的餐廳座位區正在整修，所以早餐時室內空間非常擁擠，早餐時間常有沒位子的情況發生；若是住中低樓層，2部電梯在早上時段要下樓常擠不進去，整個公共空間和房間都感覺很擁擠。 但服務很親切，入住當天非常早只能先寄放行李，櫃檯人員親切邀請我們享用早餐，讓坐半夜飛機又餓又累的我們非常感動。”

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
