EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The apartment is a very cozy studio, well decorated and thought of every detail to provide comfort for your stay, it has a full kitchen and 1 bathroom, views of Christ the Redeemer, it is on the 14th floor and less than 5 minutes from the beach.

It has 3 single beds, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, household items and hot water.

We lend 1 portable crib and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs, request 1 day in advance.

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, request 1 day in advance.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport and shopping options. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and groups of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM up to 5PM.

If you need early check-in or after 5PM, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest before, we will be pleased to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send the password. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

Check-out is self-made, you just shut down equipments and close the door. Our maid will arrive by 12PM to clean it up for the next family.

If you need late checkout, please, tell us as soon as possible. If there´s no guest, we will be pleased to help!
