PRICING: The Standard Rate you see is for guests LESS THAN 18 people on the property at any given time. Larger groups includes opening up an additional wing of the property for an additional $1,500 ONE TIME flat fee. For Events (allowing offsite visitors who are not registered to sleep at the property) there may be additional. Giving false information is cause for removal from property without refund. Beautiful property with stunning views

Our big family of 15 (ages 6-76) loved our Christmas stay at this property. The grounds are perfect for a family - trampoline, playground, animals, and a great pickleball court! Plus the hot tub is HUGE. We had ample space for everyone to congregate or do their own thing. The owner was incredibly thoughtful in decorating the house for the holiday, including a lovely tree. The location was perfect for us - close enough to stores and city, but also felt like we were alone in the mountains (and 45-60 minutes to skiing!). Everyone loved the stunning views of the mountains, and the sunrises were spectacular - we could not have imagined a more magical place for our family Christmas.
