“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ? The sweet was cute and quaint. The grounds were saturated and it was raining during our stay so it was difficult to park into the gravel and walk across that grass over to the suite with our luggage and checking in and taking her things of all them stairs. We found no utensils and had nothing to stir our coffee with and we did not have any washcloths. The queen sweet bed was very comfortable. We wanted to enjoy the outdoors at night because the lighting around……

“Kathleen had everything we needed from seasoning, bug spray, smores/ fire pit supplies, soap, toothpaste brushes, even games and movies. Everything was clean and private, we had a great time relaxing by the fire and in the hammock. Great for anyone by themselves or families. 15 mins from Morgantown and lots of trails around. The road gets a little rough at one point so smaller/lower cars go slow and be careful but it didn’t dampen our stay at all. Kathleen was an amazing host, we appreciate her……

“Amazing host and extremely well stocked - kitchen had every appliance imaginable, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Loved the binder full of local tourism knowledge and instruction manuals. Whoever cleans the house did a great job. However, the house was in pretty bad shape, literally. Not disrepair, but because it’s so old, everything is a bit jenky. All the floors are uneven with quite a few tripping hazards. You need to duck in several places. The neighborhood was probably……

“Plenty of room, all furniture/appliances/bathroom /lighting/ temperature controls were great. The bathroom and bedroom doors were a little noisy at night for someone sleeping in the living room. The pullout couch was good, as long as you sleep with your head at the foot end because the mattress sloped down at the head end.”
