This is my fourth time staying at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. I booked two suites and I requested to be in the same floor because one I have my daughter alone and the other for me.
We arrived at the hotel and MR Gorge was at the desk he gave me two different floors one in the third floor and the other in the fifth when I pointed out that I requested in the same floor he said that it not available but next day he will arrange for the transfer to the same floor.
I ended in a room in the third floor and the next room with maintenance and in the morning from 9 o’clock until 1 o’clock, there was a loud noise from the work done in the next room.
The next day, he did not call and did not make any changes. We stayed in the same rooms and different floor with the same maintenance going on the next room.
Despite the fact that we booker suites, we ended in the worst room with loud noise from early morning in the next-door secondary to the maintenance.
