"My husband and I brought my elderly father back to his hometown to see his brother and attend a funeral and we chose to stay at In-N-Out Trout. This was an incredibly clean, cozy, and absolutely phenomenal place to stay. The hosts are amazing, communicative and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here if you are ever passing through River Falls!"

"The property was in pretty rough shape. There were chunks of someone's hair or weave laying in the hallway and in the pool area. There were people in there leaving garbage and making a mess everywhere. The drains in the sink and the tub were half clogged. The staff we interacted with were very nice."

"We were awakened at 5am on our day of checkout by the night manager claiming there was excessive banging coming from our room. I told the manager we were sleeping from 9:30pm until he woke us up. The manager then claimed he just received a call from the unit below us rm236\. Unfortunately for him my sister was in that room and they checked out at 2:30am to drive home. When we checked out the desk told us the night manager told her that he had several complaints about our room and he even went to our room and could hear us making excessive noise. We are both in our 60's and we attended our cousins funeral the day before we were exhausted and we both fell into deep sleeps. The entire staff called us liars and offered no apologies for their mistake. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out we felt very uncomfortable and disrespected by the staff. My wife and I both work in the travel industry and this hotel will never be one we recommend to any one traveling in this area. Room was clean breakfast was ok staff was terrible. "

The hotel is located near a highway … heard highway noise all night & at 4:30 AM the garbage truck came & emptied the dumpster … very loud! The room was a “value” price … I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay again. "
