The house is 46 m² and includes two separate bedrooms with a total of four beds. It is practically furnished and easy to maintain. The living area and kitchen are combined in one space. From here, there is access to a terrace and a fully enclosed garden. The garden is easy to oversee and great for playing, relaxing, and outdoor meals. A heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round. The beach is just 800 metres away – perfect for walks, swims, and picnics. The water is shallow and the beach wide, making it suitable for both children and adults. There are many quiet spots to be found in the dunes. The landscape is flat and open, with paths for walking and cycling. The area has a relaxed feel, and it’s only a short drive to Rødbyhavn and the ferry to Germany. Proximity to the motorway makes it easy to get here – and to take day trips. You’ll find small local shops, flea markets and summer activities nearby. On Lolland, everything is close: the beach, the towns, the attractions. This is slow-paced vacation with fresh air and wide views. This house is a great choice for those who want peace and space while staying close to the sea.
