We got into the second room and it was clear that it had not been vacuumed and there was a hair on the towel. Staff was accommodating in shuffling us around, but it was gross."

"I've stayed here on several previous occasions while doing the GAP and the C&O trail and love the location near the Amtrak station. I appreciated the bike room and being allowed to check in just a little early. The check-in was by video which seemed impersonal but it was very efficient and the agent was very friendly. "

"Nothing wrong with the hotel other than a need for updating and deep cleaning. Smells like old smoke from the 80s/90s. Some of the patrons were way too loud at 1 in the morning, but that is not the fault of the hotel."
