The only complaint I have about this hotel! Everything was wonderful here except for the breakfast, if that’s what you want to call it. The breakfast choices left a lot to be desired. Barely anything there.

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. No frills but everything n ended for a weekend. Our tv didn’t work the best but we were not in room that much. Breakfast could have been a little better. Maybe some pastries or something.

This hotel is in good condition even though it seems to be older. The breakfast was Continental with some cold pastry choices. Yogurts microwavable breakfast sandwiches and cold cereal. Staff was very friendly. We use the Tesla destination charger in the back of the hotel and it worked wonderful for our stay

Room 115 had the most uncomfortable bed. We were sleeping on springs. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t have pillow top mattresses. But the staff were polite.

The lobby was clean. The staff was nice... however unfortunately, our stay at the South Branch Inn was extremely disappointing. The most troubling issue was that our room smelled like urine, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel room. The shower curtain was also noticeably unclean, leaving us questioning the overall attention being given to housekeeping. The advertised continental breakfast was hardly a breakfast at all—frozen breakfast sandwiches, individual yogurt containers, pre-packaged pastries, and coffee. For a hotel stay, we expected considerably better. To make matters worse, the elevator broke down and remained out of service for hours, creating an additional inconvenience for guests. We weren’t expecting luxury, but we certainly expected a clean, fresh-smelling room, properly maintained facilities, and a reasonably decent continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the South Branch Inn fell well short of those basic expectations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
