The summer house consists of two cozy bedrooms, an open, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine and underfloor heating and last but not least a cozy living room with TV, radio and Bluetooth speaker. From the living room you can access a large, partially covered wooden terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, a gas barbecue and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a beach trip. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Waldgebiet mit hohem Baumbestand in Hanglage, so dass das Grundstück rückseitig in einer tiefen Senke endet, die als Grundstücksfläche allerdings nicht nutzbar ist. Die das Haus umgebende wunderbar große Terrasse ist vom Grün eingewachsener, als das Foto vom Neubau (?) im Katalog zeigt. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Bei aller Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist nur der Lärm der startenden oder landenden Flugzeuge etwas beeinträchtigend. ##### Barbara
