"Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand und dazu gibt es einen Parkplatz, was super war, da einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Gegend sehr schwer war.Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Aufzug ,sodass wir nicht die Treppen hoch laufen mussten bis zum Dachgeschoss."

"This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. "This was the perfect apt right at the edge of old town and the public beach is a 4 minute walk. Beautiful view from the balcony (turn left ) and the apt was clean and comfortable . Air conditioning kept us cool.Our host met us, recommended things to do and made check in and out so easy. Even drove us to the airport when our Uber cancelled . We will be back !Merci !!"

"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "Beautiful view from room. Wonderful area to walk around. Great restaurants close proximity. Comfortable beds and huge rooms! Overall, wonderful experience! If you have time, schedule a lunch in Mougins ( La Cave De Mougins) and then to Grasse (perfumery). And definitely take the train to Monaco! Beautiful! The Majestic hotel will give you great ideas! Great people! "
