### Studio Commandant André 13 by Viva Riviera

Ideally located in the heart of Cannes, this modern studio apartment offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay for two.  
  
The flat is fully equipped, with internet access, bed linen, towels, crockery, and many other amenities included in the price. Whether it is for a sunny holiday (only 2 minutes walk from the beaches) or for business trips (5 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals), this accommodation will meet all your needs. In addition, the Cannes train station is only a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around.  
  
At Viva Riviera, we are committed to making your stay easier by offering a range of personalised services. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the Rue du Commandant Andrée, ensuring you constant assistance. In addition, we offer airport shuttle services and private drivers to facilitate your transfers. For those who wish to explore the French Riviera, we also organise unforgettable sightseeing experiences.  
  
Let Viva Riviera entice you to stay in Cannes and enjoy all that this beautiful city has to offer!  
Please meet us at the reception of the Hotel Florian 8 rue Commandant André to collect the keys or receive the instructions in case of a late check-in (after 10 pm).  
  
Please note that we also offer complimentary service of luggage storage if you wish to arrive earlier 1pm or if you wish to leave after 11am.   
  
We can arrange airport transfert to/from Nice Airport for 1 to 5 people by car or van. We have several cars or vans and our drivers will wait for you directly at the airport with your name on a board. Our drivers are also available to assist you during your stay.
