The bright living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a double bed, complemented by a 10 m² terrace—perfect for breakfast in the sun, relaxing at sunset, or enjoying an al fresco dinner with sea views. The apartment is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, washing machine, microwave, internet, satellite TV, and air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. Free public parking is available right in front of the building for convenience. Only 400 m from the sea and close to restaurants, shops, and the lively town center, this apartment is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to combine relaxation, gastronomy, and leisure. Bed linen and towels are not included.
