“Great clean place, really terrible neighborhood”

“Stay at this property for one night while attending an event in the area. Caroline was great to communicate with, and her place had everything we needed.”

“This place was very nice with some great views. Walking distance to may restaurants and Trader Joe's for groceries. Uber rides were fast and put all the tourist spots within reach from a central location.”

“The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure ”

“First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. But we managed to make it work, once we figured out how to get the hot water. I finally broke down on the second day and messaged the host, and he responded very……

“Loved staying here. Great location. Close to Muni stops. Communication with host is excellent. The garden, just outside the back door, is gorgeous and very relaxing (was a bit cold during our stay so didn't get to use it much). Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy queen bed. Nice library available (common area, so have to share it with other guests). Decent Wifi. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Super affordable place that had everything we needed- a place for 4 of us, a nice kitchen setup with a table to eat at and play card/board games at night, laundry, and more. The location was in a "busy" area but was super quiet (we barely noticed or heard anyone on the upper floors, and even the nearby train wasn't an issue) and felt very safe overall. No issues whatsoever & the host was very responsive to questions and got back to us in a quick and timely manner. Don't pass this one up- highly……

“Me and my friend used Howard's place as our home base in SF for a week and it was great! Howard gave us some excellent recommendations for food etc in the neighbourhood and turns out his place is just 5 mins away from the best croissants in the city! Easy to bus to downtown too, and we presidio and golden gate parks were super close! Kitchenette was a bit small but very well-stocked and we totally managed. Overall great experience!”

And we had an couple amazing meals at the Coast Cafe. Our 11-year-old daughter can’t wait to go back. She loved sleeping in the loft, as well as the hidden room behind the bookcase on first floor.”

“Die Wohnung war bei unserem Eintreffen sauber und aufgeräumt. Sie reicht zum Übernachten auch weitestgehend aus. Ein paar Kritikpunkte habe ich doch. Die Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Es fehlt an Besteck ( keine 2 komplette Sätze vorhanden) auch wären ein paar Gläser ganz nützlich. Ein zweiter Bettbezug und Decke ( falls man getrennt in Bett und auf der Couch schlafen möchte) sollte auch vorhanden sein. Gelegentlich nervt die Heizung, die schon mal nachts relativ laut anspringt. Aber wie gesagt,……

“The instructions were to park in a special place designed for guests. A cart port. However as we pulled into the property, a lady had already parked there and plugged her car in and quickly ran into the house. The email told us to park in that place. We knocked in the door where the lady went but no response at all. Calling or contacting the host was a failure on multiple attempts. The sign on the door said to take our shoes off, but if you do, you will end up with pet hair on your socks or bare……
