We liked the location and the secure parking. You can easily walk to the historic centre of Rouen. The room was quite warm but fortunately the window could be opened. The downside to this is that we faced the street, so it was a bit noisy. I would nonetheless recommend this hotel as the positives outweighed that one drawback. The staff were lovely.
Room was clean and modern facilities, friendly and efficient staff. Good location for transport into town, local patisserie and restaurant.
Would definitely stay here again as was good value for money with a nice bar and restaurant facilities.
We loved the amazingly clean and comfortable room. Bathrooms were spotless. Shower was clean and super nice. Breakfast was incredibly delicious with a myriad of choices including many coffee selections. And the best part of all was Lina-Rose! Amazing smile , very helpful and happy lady at the front desk made our day. See you again soon Luna Rose!!!
Great property! Very comfortable and clean. we enjoyed our stay here. Just need a car to get around as it is a fair distance to the city centre.

Had to wait to check in but receptionist was polite when she turned up. Bedroom excellent size and clean however the shower could do with some attention around the base as was showing sign of gaps and mould/dirt. It wasn’t clear on hotel description that there is a 1.9m height restriction so we couldn’t park our Ford Transit in the car park but luckily we managed to get a space on the road outside of the hotel. No road sound in room which was good. Air con though was rubbish and may as well have not been on.
Great stay at this very comfortable Ibis.Goid secure parking for €7 per night and easy walk into Rouen city centre.Added bonus of being able to watch a rugby match from your room if you are located at the rear of the property.
We stayed to support our daughter playing rugby, excellent view of the pitches, staff all spoke English, food was nice, though the restaurant was only open one night of our four night stay, would happily stay again.
The hotel is clean, good location from motorways. Big rooms although a bit hot for the time of the year, great staff, good breakfast. Great for dogs, very spacious.
The only downside is no food for dinner from Friday to Sunday and nothing close enough to go to eat, so planned to have dinner before going back to the hotel
Very good value - an excellent place to stay when Rouen is an ‘on route’ stop over. The quality of hotel and staff are both high. The only downside is location. It is a little out of town and in an area of Rouen which lacks the charm of this city. However, good transport links and nearby newly built riverside restaurants make a stay here very acceptable.
The hotel is relly good, clean and the staff is really nice. Breakfast could be better, i like scrambled eggs and they had only boiled, but i enjoyed a lot the stay in general, mostly for the staff !
The room is big and confortable, also nice, and the parking is also good, even though we have to pay is really safe and the price is ok.
As for the location, it´s a little bit far from the historical center, however either way it´s a nice opportunity to walk a little and get to know also the places next to river to have dinner for example.
Ideal location. We only had one night here. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Lots of useful information and recommendations. Only complaints room far too hot and pillows too soft. That said its excellent value and we would definitely stay again
Great hotel for stop over for one night. Not clost to much on foot. The restaurant was not open, but we got something nearby. The hotel was very quiet. Really NICE staff. Easy to park and cheap for the night. Must drive to city centre or walk 30 minutes, so not in a touristy area. But easy to get to, into park and away in the morning.
Great weekend stay at this lovely Ibis.Very good on-site parking for €7 a night.Only let down was that it says there is tea/coffee facilities in the room. There was not!! Please amend this.We will stay again, but will bring a kettle next time.
The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well
They lied about having air conditioning. Once you get there you find out you can’t control the settings and they say it’s set at 73f/22c. Well, it hit 90f/32c over the weekend and there was no relief in the room. It was so stuffy in the room it was almost impossible to sleep. Thank God the window opened all the way to get some fresh air at least. Would not stay again.

The location is out of the main attractions and you need to pay for parking lot 8euros for day, that it s expensive. Same about breakfast 12.50 for a basic continental. The staff was really nice and helpful. It would ne nice to upgrade tv with smart tv.
Very convenient. Excellent staff. Food was very nice. Only one small thing let it down and that was the quality of the pillows, which were very thin. I would still stay here again.
