Roxburgh Dam Tours

This was a huge disappointment on my trip. It’s a very expensive property for what you get. It’s average and yet you’re paying double what you would for other accommodations. Before my stay, I was told a day trip I’d booked had been canceled and when I tried to get a refund on my last night and despite it being 48 hours in advance, I was told I would need to pay full price. It felt like I was stuck there. The photos are views from the restaurant which isn’t even included in the stay, so I’m not sure what you’re paying for. The hot soaks I think used to have a view of the lake but now there is construction and buildings in front of the view so they glass in front of the tubs are frosted so you can’t actually see anything? I guess my point is that this property is over priced and inflexible.
