The room we rented for two was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with an induction stove, water heater, and refrigerator. The bathroom looks fully renovated and feels fresh and modern. It’s also conveniently close to the sentrum, which made getting around very easy. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth recommending."

"Well located although Alesund is not that big. My room was a good size with a large wall to wall, ceiling to floor window overlooking the sea. Kept nice and clean during my stay (not by me). Excellent breakfast with a very wide range of options. I didn't try the top floor restaurant but it commanded an excellent view of the town without having to climb the 418 steps to the viewpoint at the rear of the hotel. Excellent WiFi. Parking to the rear and underneath at an additional cost."

"Right in middle of town, just a block from harbour. Check-in is little confusing as the establishment shares/is part of the restaurant. Depending on timing, parking can be problematic, but later in the evenings the local street will become free parking. There are couple coffee shops that can provide breakfast if you co choose."

"The first impression i have to be honest was not so good with how the building look. It could use some “ spruce up” to make that good impression. A little datk when you enter the building . Instructions were right on. They allowed us to check in an hour early. Great river view. Just need to be on full stomach when you get there. No restaurants near by altho there is ONE convenient store managed by the same owner i believe. Overall, nice place to stay if you are just passing through."

"The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was very good, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. The bathroom in the room, while beautiful, was not functional. The half door of the shower allowed water to get all over the floor. The sink was so small and the mirror stuck out so far over the sink that I could barely wash my hands let alone my face without getting water everywhere. Other than the bathroom, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and everything was well cared for."
