“The hotel is very homey and the staff make you feel as though you are family and not just a tourist. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. It did get quite chilly there at night, but McCloud was happy to put a space heater in our room to keep us comfortable. Ms. Machudu is a wonderful cook and the love the she puts into her dishes is noted in every bite. Highly recommend this hotel.”
“We stayed over as we were attending a wedding nearby. I only wish we were staying longer as the place was so beautiful. The rooms are absolutely stunning, well-appointed, beautifully decorated with attention to detail and lovely little extra touches. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make things run smoothly even though they were experiencing load shedding in the area. ”

Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!”
