Unique windmill located in the heart of the Drahanska hills. Windmill "Ruprechtovský mlýn", built in 1873, renovated in 1994, surrounded by meadows and fields. On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 300 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside. Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn, meadow 7'990 m2. Patio, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 400 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 16 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Tennis 16 km.

Beautiful and stylish furnishings: kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove. Shower/WC. Upper floor: living room with TV and DVD. 2nd upper floor: open, 1 room with 3 beds. (open staircase) open gallery, - 160 cm with 3 beds. Wood heating. Patio. Barbecue. View of the countryside.
