“Booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. Our granddaughter had a poodle and was one of the few hotels that allowed pets. This hotel was fantastic , very clean recently renovated with great friendly staff and a pool. Great location and price I would stay again even without a pet”

Also our bath tub was clogged and wouldn't drain properly so we weren't able to us the bath tub. This place definitely some modernization.”

However, our experience when we stayed there in July, 2026 was much different, When we first booked the reservation through Expedia, we were led to believe that there were only a few rooms left as the room availability indicated that they were sold out many of the rooms. We booked an available room. When we arrived at the property, there was virtually no one else in the resort but ourselves. The resort……

As I am traveling with my family and child and we are pure vegetarians, the kitchen was essential for preparing our meals. This has caused significant inconvenience, that's why it's terrible experience. I am unhappy with the service and request a full refund to my original payment method.”
