While we were super disappointed that we couldn’t float since there was no water in the river, this house allowed us to still enjoy our time at the Frio. The proximity to the river would have been great, but it was still nice to be able to use the pool and pickleball court. There were plenty of beds so everyone had lots of space and the large gathering room allowed for fun game nights and socializing. This was the first time for me to rent a house and I didn’t know what to do, we arrived at the house and we were looking around for everything and we were missing one room. We looked at the back of the house and we saw three doors, they were all locked, so we tried using the keys and It worked in one of the rooms. We saw another door and in the property amenities it said pool/spa we thought it was the spa but the key didn’t work so I called the property manager and she was rude. She didn’t let me explain myself, I asked her about the room. She was mad that we tried opening the door. We only tried accessing the room once, and when we realized it didn’t open we called about it. That’s when she was being rude about not opening the door. She gave me a lot of attitude, when I was just asking a simple question. It was our first time renting a Vrbo so we had no idea about any of this. Other then that everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay.
