First level has a Queen bedroom and Full Bathroom, upstairs is the primary King Bedroom with a sofa bed with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom. With close proximity to all of the Hamptons, have your choice of towns to visit. Vineyards, beaches, Sag Harbor town or just stay mellow and watch the spectacular sunsets from the beach.
