While this affected us minimally, it is worth noting for anyone intending to visit. Otherwise this is a wonderful property. It is very clean, well maintained and has all of the necessities including an espresso maker, washing machine, iron, beach chairs, a cooler and playpen. The kitchen is very well equipped and the view is spectacular. The WiFi is excellent. There is a boulangerie/patisserie at the property entrance as well as several restaurants and a well equipped mini market. Above all, the property manager Veronika was most accommodating and helpful. In that we speak very little French, she assisted us with a variety of issues such as best beaches, restaurants and how to operate some of the appliances. La localisation est directement sur la plage mais il faut savoir que l'on ne neut se baigner en face à cause des coraux. Aussi au moment ou nous y étions ( 5 semaines) les sargasses étaient abondantes sur la plage à proximité ce qui limitait la baignade à cet endroit. Il faut savoir que l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable et qu'il y a risque de disette d'eau à cause de la vétusté du système d'aqueduc. La proprio et VRBO devraient mentionner ces inconvénients dans la rubrique d'information. Malgré la beauté des lieux et l 'efficacité de Veronika notre apréciation est mixte.
