Welcome to Villa Le Bercail, a recently renovated family villa, nestled in a quiet street in the sought-after Boisvinet district. Enjoy an ideal stay just a stone's throw from the port, beaches and just a 10-minute walk from the center of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, with its lively markets and charming pedestrian streets.



The Villa

Spacious and modern, this villa welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. With its 3 carefully decorated bedrooms, each space is designed for your comfort. The bedding is new and of high quality, including two bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm) and a bedroom perfect for children with three single beds (convertible into a double bed).

The villa has a bright living room and dining room with a large table for meals with family or friends, as well as a kitchen equipped with everything needed for budding chefs: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, and much more.

At the back of the house, a sunny terrace, not overlooked, invites you to relax with a barbecue for outdoor meals. Television, washing machine, children's high chair, duvets and pillows are also at your disposal.

Just a 5-minute walk from Boisvinet beach, famous for its bars, restaurants, beach volleyball courts, sailing school, and even a natural swimming pool! Supervised swimming in July and August for your peace of mind.

Also enjoy the magnificent Corniche de Sion, a rocky coast with sandy coves, ideal for unforgettable walks along the ocean, and discover the famous rocks of the Cinq Pineaux.

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et elle est idéalement située (plage 2 min). La récupération des clés à l'agence Allô Vendée Vacances s'est très bien passée avec un hôte accueillant et très sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis.
