La Résidence localisée proche de Boulouris est assez distante de St Raphael centre . Elle bénéficie d'une enceinte privée dans un environnement paysagé agréable. Cependant elle subit des nuisances importantes de la route de la Corniche. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, avec une climatisation appréciable.
