Une maison avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d’Agay, conforme à l’annonce en tous points. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la residence pour nous rapprocher de la plage qui est sinon à 30 min à pied et les commerces sont également en bas de la résidence. A l’arrivée et au départ les clés sont à rapporter à l’agence de Frejus qui est à 30 min de voiture cela rallonge le trajet.

Familienurlaub mit Meeresblick
Die Unterkunft liegt abseits auf einem Berg mit wunderschönem Meeresblick, perfekt um Ruhe zu genießen. Die Villa hatte alles, was zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird. (Dosenöffner, verschiedene Küchenwerkzeuge,Weingläser) eine Nespressokaffeemaschine,
ein behindertengerechtes Bad, tolle Terasse. Allerdings um zur Küche zu kommen, muss man eine Wendeltreppe gehen. Dies kann für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen etwas schwierig sein. Und im Sommer war es sehr heiß, keine Klimaanlage.

Schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Guter, renovierter Zustand, Einrichtung großteils antik. Funktionelle Küchenausstattung. Direkter Zugang zum Mountainbiken/Wandern im Esterel-Gebirge - Lage schon etwas weiter oben am Berg. eMTB's sind praktisch für Strand/Restaurantbesuche.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und gleich unterhalb des Naturschutzgebietes, so dass vom Garten aus direkt zu Wanderungen aufgebrochen werden kann. Die erste Etage beinhaltet die Schlafzimmer mit Blick aufs Meer und im EG ist der Wohn-Essbereich mit allem was es braucht. Die Terrasse lädt ein zu gemütlichem Verweilen. In kürzester Zeit ist man im Dorf zum Einkaufen (Spar mit lokalem Gemüse und Früchten), Metzer, Bäckerei oder am Strand/beim Tennisplatz
