A Restful Stay with a Beautiful View

We had a lovely week in Josie and Gianni's apartment which is located in the heights of Le Trayas and so affords magnificent views of the coastline and also a glimpse into the Esterel National Park. We were able to park our car on the very quiet road outside the house. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The open plan sitting room/kitchen is light filled and comfortably furnished and is a joy to be in with beautiful views all around. The sofas are very comfortable and the large TV is great for evening entertainment. Good WiFi. There are a few steps leading down to the bedroom and bathroom. Josie and Gianni are a lovely couple who are kind and helpful and are quick to respond, if needed and Josie speaks good English. We had some beautiful hikes in The Esterel National Park and along the coastline. Thank you Josie and Gianni for sharing your lovely home.

Superbe appartement, vue, et hotes!

Nous avons passés deux semaines sublimes dans la Villa Kia Ora. La vue est tranquille et vaste. It will take your breath away. The solarium (outside the house door) and en suite balcony were private, quiet areas to dine and appreciate the view. L’apartment est le plus confortable dans notre expérience en France, surtout les immeubles. The rooms are large, airy and clean. The bathroom is also very spacious, while we found the bed to also be comfortable. There is a little épicerie down the hill. The road up the hill to the Villa Kia Ora is a bit challenging (narrow, curvy), but you can get use to it. Parking is on the street next to the house gate. Notre hôtes étaient congénial et très intéressants. The evenings spent having apéritifs and playing les pétanques were absolutely wonderful and one of our favourite memories. Josie and Gianni were lovely, courteous of our privacy, and engaging. We hope to see them in Vancouver! Deanne G and Joe B

Gepflegte FeWo mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer

Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wir waren begeistert von der tollen Lage mit unbeschreiblichem Ausblick auf die Küste und kommen gerne wieder.

Du bleu comme horizon

Traumwohnung an der Côte d’Azur mit Wahnsinns-Blick

Tolle, große Wohnung mit unglaublich schöner Aussicht, ruhig gelegen, komplett ausgestattet. Alles da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Die Gastgeber Josie und Gianni sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist topmodern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist unsagbar schön. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Gianni und Josie sind unkompliziert und sehr nett.

Fantastic views, and lovely terraces

The views are fabulous, the terraces a delightful sitting area, the main room is very comfortable and well designed. The kitchen area is well laid out, well stocked with crockery/appliances so that food preparation is easy. If you stay here, you are unlikely to go out for dinner every night. At night very quiet. Very comfortable, ie hard, bed. Gianni and Josie were delightful hosts, everything, wifi codes etc, easily set out and explained.

Traumvilla mit Blick über das Mittelmeer

Tolle, sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Accessoires; wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter durch die wunderbare Sicht über das Meer bis Cannes kein verlorener Urlaubstag. Gute Ausgangslage für Bike- oder Hiking Touren im Esterel. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber Josi und Gianni!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir genossen eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Gianni und Josie. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Wanderungen und Biketouren im Esterel-Gebierge geeignet. Aber auch Ausflüge mit dem Zug nach Cannes oder Nizza sind möglich.

Merveilleuses vacances

Avec sa vue imprenable sur la mer au plus près de l’Estérel et ses terrasses baignées de soleil dès le petit-déjeuner, cet appartement nous a permis de passer une semaine idyllique. Un grand merci surtout à Josie et Gianni pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leurs conseils à propos des nombreuses randonnées/activités à faire. Ce fut, pour nous, une parenthèse enchantée dans ce mois de février.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub (10 Tage) in der Wohnung verbracht. Josie und Gianni waren sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die uns alle Wünsche erfüllt haben. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Sie ist noch schöner als in der Anzeige. Wir haben jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang aus dem Wohnzimmer oder Terrasse erleben dürfen. Von der Wohnung aus sind beide Richtungen der Küste gut zu erreichen, nach Osten Canne, Nice Gegend, nach Westen Frejus, Saint Tropez... Die Küche ist mit allen guten Geräten, die man für Kochen, Frühstücken braucht, ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist ungewöhnlich groß im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen in Frankreich. Die hochwertige Matratze und das kunstvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer hat uns erholsamen Schlaf in der gesamten Urlaubszeit beschert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank liebe Josie und Gianni

Beau séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement est grand, propre et la vue magnifique. Il faut néanmoins prévoir de prendre sa voiture tous les jours car il n’y a rien à proximité directe. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et arrangeants, je recommande.

Wunderschönes Appartment

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in der tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Bilder halten, was sie versprechen. Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Naturschutzgebiet und Badeorten besonders gut gefallen. Und Josie und Gianni haben uns immer sehr freundlich weitergeholfen.

Excellent séjour à 3 dans ce magnifique appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé, en tous points conforme à l’annonce. Et que dire de cette vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée et la nature ??!!! Situation idéale proches des multiples calanques. Des activités pour toute la famille dans les environs. Pour parfaire le tout, Josie et Gianni, nos charmants hôtes, montrent de grandes qualités d’accueil, tout en restant très discrets. Une semaine idyllique

Nous avons passé une semaine plus que magnifique à commencer par un accueil parfait, puis tout reste a continué sur la même lancée : Le confort La beauté du cadre Une vue sur mer imprenable (levée de lune magnifique) Le calme Des départs de ballades à proximites La gentillesse (petite tomate fraîche du jardin) Une grande discrétion des hotes Un cocktail qui nous unique qui nous a donné l'envie d'y retourner et c'est certainement ce que nous ferons Encore un grand merci à Josie et Gianni pour leur accueil
