A recommander ”

“Parking was the reason to choose the hotel. Couldn’t access before it opened at 3pm. Air Con gauge didn’t go below 24C. WiFi just didn’t work at all in our room. No gluten-free option for breakfast…so didn’t have Bfast.”

“On our arrival after six hours travelling in a heatwave we were informed that the air conditioning wasn't working. From the sign on the door it was obviously not a recent problem. We feel we should have been told prior to our arrival when we would have had chance to book alternative accommodation. As it was we had no choice but to accept. The fan in one of the rooms was broken and could not be angled. We were told there were no spares, neither was there anywhere to get cold water. My grandson……

“Due to the wildfire in Bordeaux, we changed our hotel to O’Nice and stayed for 2 nights, the location is perfect for sightseeing around the region, took us 35 mins driving to Cognac, and 40 mins to Royan. Our room was not big, but a/c was quite good in such hot weather. Parking space is generous and very secure, and the restaurant next to the hotel is always busy, we’ll give it a try next time.”

“Très Bon accueil. Emplacement très calme”

“View is nice, bed is comfortable, although there were bugs season according to the manager, lots of bugs tried to get inside , but the room is very clean, the lady hotel manager was very friendly and politely welcome us every time we backed to the hotel ,neighborhood is so quiet and can do running/walking along a river. Enjoyed.”

“We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saintes. Our room was excellent, and the large balcony just outside was a real highlight – spacious, peaceful, and wonderfully cool, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hostess was absolutely delightful. She was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel truly at home. The only small surprise was the entrance and staircase……

“The property is great and very interesting. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so if you have a big suitcase, you'll need to drag it up and down the stairs. The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of all the water that has been getting into the bottom of it (swelled up with time). Otherwise, the grounds are greatly maintained and beautiful. The property is on……
