This 3-bedroom 105m2 Villa in Sainte-Maxime is a comfortable and affordable accommodation perfect for families, groups and business travelers alike.This is your perfect home away from home.

Travelers are sure to appreciate the residential amenities, ideal for extended-stays. Sleeps 6 up to 8 people. Our villa at Lagrange Vacances Residence Le Carré Beauchêne features:
• 1st Bedroom: 1 Double bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 Double bed
• 3rd Bedroom: 2 Single beds
• Living area: Sofa bed, TV + DVD player, Hi-Fi system, Wood burning fireplace
• Kitchen: Set of ceramic hobs, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Dining table with seating
• 2 Bathroom: In-suite Washer and Dryer
Bed linen and towels are included. Beds made on arrival (€50), optional end-of-stay cleaning (€165), or beds made on arrival + end-of-stay cleaning (€205) are available. Extra change: sheets €9/person, towels €9/kit. Cleaning penalty if not left clean: €165–185. Mid-stay cleaning available (see on site). Baby kit (bed with sheets, high chair, bath) €7/day or €40/stay. Baby bed or chair €5/day or €15/stay. Baby kit (bed + chair) €7/day or €25/stay (subject to availability, request at booking).
