"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Really good property. The location was really good with many attractions on walking distance. This was important as I was only there for a weekend. The executive room was really big and had all the amenities. The view was to a park and national theatre. Breakfast was ok. I didn’t do any other meal. Staff I dealt with were polite and helpful.
