This charming one-bedroom, one-bath (shower only,no bathtub)upstairs apartment offers comfort and convenience in a private setting. The unit comes with a covered parking space (best suited for a compact vehicle), making parking hassle-free.

Enjoy the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer, located downstairs with easy outdoor access.

We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved pets to join you in your new home (please note: certain breeds, including pit bulls, are restricted due to insurance requirements).Small yard space with privacy fence& one side is chain linked fenced.

The apartment is accessible through the alley, offering a bit of extra privacy and a quiet entrance.
Please Note:starter kit provided :toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags . Cleaning fee only covers cleaning for end of stay. I will make every effort not to inconvenience tenants during their stay. However, at times it may be necessary to schedule maintenance or address other issues while the property is occupied. In such cases, I will provide notice whenever possible and work to minimize any disruption.
