Yucas Villa 17 is a 3-bedroom holiday villa in El Salobre Golf Resort with a private pool, accommodating up to 6 guests. This comfortable and luxurious rental features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set within the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort. The newly built, modern design ensures a peaceful and rewarding stay.



The villa offers air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy modern terrace furniture and a barbecue. Located within El Salobre Golf Resort, you have access to top-class golf facilities, as well as the chance to enjoy various dining options and spa services at the neighboring Serenity hotel. A supermarket is located at the entrance of the gated community.



Yucas Villa 17 includes private parking for your peace of mind. For stays over 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties and events are not allowed. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace. Pets are welcome for an extra nightly fee, maximum weight 3 kg. Pool heating is available for an extra nightly fee.



Guests have free access to Amadores Beach Club. Note: There is construction next to the complex, with work until the end of January, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00. No work on weekends or holidays.

We were a family if 5 (2+3 kids)All in all a good Villa with pool.

Pros: Plenty of space Cons: Cheap Kitchenware sometimes unuseful like the pan or even the knives were almost unuseful.
